Sorry - I've been off air for a while. I'm back home and the site should now be back up to date.
I was walking the dog and somehow managed to fall over. Apart from a suspected broken arm and a persistent headache I'm getting back to 'retirement'
I went to Cannock hospital to see the consultant about my arm but realized when I got there that the appointment was at Stafford! - Need my head looking at as well I think.
